ISSUING DUPLICATE COURSE COMPLETION MATERIALS

Below is the process and cost for issuing duplicate course completion materials.

For OSHA & SST Replacement Cards:

All students must email an image of the SST card to be replaced along with an image of their I.D. to verify course and date of completion please include a valid phone number and the correct mailing address for delivery of your card. replacement fee’s must be paid in full prior to printing and delivery of the replacement card.

Replacement card fee breakdown:

DOB SST 10/32: (obtained from Safety Trainers LTD): $80.00 per card

DOB SST 10/32: (obtained from another Course Provider): $100.00 per card

All other cards (Scaffold, flagger etc.) $75.00 per card

Once we receive payment, all cards will be mailed by regular mail. Please email an image of your government issued ID (must match the learner records).
